TERMS & CONDITIONS – KANZA KITE

1. GENERAL

These Terms & Conditions govern the registration, reservation and organization of kiteboarding lessons and related activities published on the website www.kanzakite.com.

Kanza kite school operates as a sports association and community of kiteboarding enthusiasts and acts as an organizer of information, promotion and reservations for programs and activities.

For certain locations and programs, the service provider may be another legal entity, as stated within the individual program description.

2. KITEBOARDING LESSON PROVIDERS

Neretva Location

Kiteboarding lessons at the Neretva location are operated by Kiteboarding Komin j.d.o.o., the authorized provider for activities at this location.

Kanza kite school acts as the organizer of information, promotion and reservations.

The invoice for lessons at the Neretva location is issued by the program provider.

Other Locations

Kiteboarding lessons at other locations, unless stated otherwise, are organized and operated by Kanza kite school or the organizer of the individual program.

3. MULTI-DAY TRIPS AND TRAVEL PROGRAMS

Multi-day trips, travel programs and activities where specifically stated are organized in cooperation with or through the travel agency Huda Tura.

For such programs, the general terms and conditions of the travel agency Huda Tura also apply.

4. REGISTRATION

Registration for lessons or programs is possible:

• through the website contact form,
• via e-mail,
• by phone contact,
• or through social media communication.

The registration becomes confirmed after agreement with the organizer or program provider.

5. PAYMENT

Payment terms and deadlines are determined during the reservation process.

The invoice for services is issued by the organizer or provider of the individual program.

Additional services (accommodation, transfers, extra activities) are charged separately.

6. ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is not part of the lesson or program unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Kanza kite school may assist with accommodation organization or provide information regarding accommodation options.

The accommodation provider is solely responsible for accommodation services.

7. WEATHER CONDITIONS

Kiteboarding is a weather-dependent sport.

Programs may be adjusted depending on:

• wind conditions,
• safety conditions,
• sea conditions,
• or other unforeseen circumstances.

In case of unsuitable conditions, programs may be postponed, adjusted or moved to another suitable location.

Participants acknowledge that the organizer or provider cannot guarantee wind or weather conditions.

8. SAFETY

Participants acknowledge that kiteboarding is a sports activity performed at their own risk.

Each participant must:

• follow instructor instructions,
• use prescribed safety equipment,
• handle equipment and the environment responsibly.

The provider may terminate participation for individuals endangering themselves or others.

9. HEALTH CONDITION

Participants confirm that they are medically fit to participate in sports activities.

Any medical limitations or conditions must be communicated to the organizer or provider before participation.

Minors may participate only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

10. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

In the event of cancellation by the participant:

• refund conditions depend on the cancellation timing,
• already incurred organizational costs may be retained.

In the event of cancellation due to weather or extraordinary circumstances, an alternative date or suitable solution will be arranged.

The organizer or provider reserves the right to modify the schedule, location or execution of the program due to safety or unforeseen circumstances.

11. LIABILITY

Kanza kite school and the program provider are not responsible for:

• loss or theft of personal belongings,
• injuries caused by failure to follow instructions,
• injuries caused by unpredictable weather or natural conditions.

Participants take part in activities at their own responsibility.

12. PHOTOS AND MEDIA

Photos and videos may be taken during programs for promotional purposes.

If a participant does not wish to appear in photos or videos, they must notify the organizer in advance.

13. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Personal data is used exclusively for:

• program organization,
• communication with participants,
• reservation management,
• and notifications regarding Kanza kite school activities.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for program execution.
